The Cortex AI Audit

Nine Minutes. Five Scores. One Number.

The audit prices how your company runs today, using your own hours and rates. Six steps, no account, no call.

What does the company do?

Your score appears on screen. The written report arrives by email.

The Cortex AI Audit is a free assessment of six steps and thirty one questions, taking about nine minutes, that prices how a company operates today. It produces a leverage score out of one hundred, five component scores, and a euro figure for the largest single drain, built from the hours and rates the company supplies rather than from industry benchmarks. No account is created and no system access is required.

What Happens Next

You read the report.

Four pages. Nothing is required of you.

If it is useful, we talk.

Thirty minutes on what the score means for your business specifically, at a time you choose.

If it is not, nothing happens.

No sequence, no follow-up chain.

If it goes further, the diagnostic carries its own floor.

If the diagnostic finds less recoverable value than it costs, the fee is refunded. The roadmap is yours and can be used with any builder.

Questions Worth Asking

Five components, with fixed weights: revenue capture 25, operating visibility 25, knowledge retention 20, leadership load 20, systems readiness 10. Every component is scored from your answers alone, and the weights are the same on every audit, so the same answers always produce the same score.

Drains that carry hours are priced from your headcount, your hours and your loaded rates. Drains that do not are recorded as unpriced and stay out of the total. The five bands: Exposed 0 to 24, Constrained 25 to 44, Functioning 45 to 64, Instrumented 65 to 84, Compounding 85 to 100.

We have not measured enough companies to have any. Your report uses your figures only, so the number describes your business. No benchmark data or industry average is used at any point.

Your answers produce your report and are held in the European Union. They are not sold, not shared, and not used to train anything. Nothing is written down until you ask for the report. Security and data.

The four page report a Cortex AI Audit produces is published in full as a static page: the sample report, and the published finding it draws on, with every assumption shown.
